The second page of the leaflet reads: Special emphasis is placed on the work of south Florida, Hispanic American and Afro-American artists in the permanent collection of prints, drawings, and photographs of the Miami-Dade Public Library System. These works are framed and on display throughout the public areas of the library, as well as brought together for special exhibitions.
