The front of the brochure reads: Miami Thriving in Change 1940-1990, is the title for a series of library exhibitions documenting the arts, publishing, and business in the Greater Miami area for the past half century. An amazing aspect this historical investigation is that each question not only generates an answer, but also a dozen more questions. In researching these exhibitions, Library staff used books and files from the Main Library’s Florida Collection and the Artists Files from the Miami Library’s Fine Arts Department.
